Customer Service

  • Shipping & Delivery

    • All items are subjected to a flat shipping fee of $5 per item.
    • Products will be shipped via standard shipping.
    • Please note that Saturday & Sunday / Public Holidays are non-working days. 
    • We shall not be liable to you for any losses, cost, charges or damages arising out of delayed or late delivery.
    • Netinum Online Store will reimburse the shipping fee in the event of a defect or incorrect products. Please email our Customer Service about it and we will get back to you within 2-3 days.
    • For defected goods, immediate notifications must be made and we may at our discretion decide whether you are eligible for an exchange.
    • Defected goods must be returned in original condition state within 7 days from the date we mailed out or will otherwise be rejected.
    • Please note that there is strictly no cash refund unless item is out of stock.
    • Netinum Online Store reserve the rights to reject any request for exchange/refunds.
    • Returns will only be done for items with original condition/ tag intact.
    • Customers are recommended to return product via registered postage/courier services as Netinum Online Store will not be responsible for any lost of package unless otherwise the item is a bulky one. A collection service shall be arranged for such a case.

    Netinum Online Store is committed to protecting the privacy of all our consumers. Our privacy policy intends to provide our consumers with a safe and secure online shopping experience. This privacy policy protects consumers providing information through the website and is not intended to protect business information. By shopping on our store, you agree to collection and use of your information.

    Your Privacy

    We will not divulge your personal information, email address, credit card information to any third parties site without your permission, unless you have requested or authorized us to do so. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties site for any reason. Your personal information may however, be shared with third parties to complete a transaction that you have authorized us to do so.  

    Marketing

    If you have joined our mailing list, you will receive occasional updates with the latest products and special offers from Netinum Online Store. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to receive such updates and offers from third parties sites that are in collaboration with Netinum Online Store.

    All members of Netinum Online Store have the option of opting out of receiving such updates. You can click on the unsubscribe link sent in the mailers.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Return Policy
    Please be note that for the safety of all of our customers, we cannot accept exchanges or returns as we cannot verify if the product was opened and/or used. However, we understand that sometimes the wrong product is sent. If that happens, please contact our customer service at admin@netinum.com within 10 business days of receipt to arrange for a re-shipment of your corrected order at our expense. You must ship the incorrect item back to us in its original packaging with your packing slip enclosed. Once we verify that the item(s) was incorrect, we will reship the correct item(s).


    Damaged in Shipping
    If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact our customer service at admin@netinum.com. You must ship the damaged item(s) back to us within 10 business days of receipt in its original packaging with your packing slip enclosed. Once we verify that the item(s) were damage, we will at our decision give a full refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product(s). All shipping costs for damaged item(s) during transit to be return to Netinum Online Store shall be at the expense of the customer.


    Order Adjustment or Cancellation
    Orders may be canceled or adjusted at any time prior to shipment, by contacting our customer service before 1pm of the day you placed the order. If you would like to cancel or make adjustment to an order, you must send an email to sales@netinum.com. Once orders are shipped the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.

    Netinum Online Store cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require a complete change of "Ship To" information, you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. Orders cancellation policy applies.

  • Ordering

    You can search for items by entering a few words into the search box, and we'll show you all the matching results. To browse by a category, select a product category from the drop-down menu next to Search and click Go.

    Note: The only information we have about a particular item is what we display on the product detail page for that item. Details usually include customer reviews, which can sometimes provide helpful information about content and product compatibility. If you don't find your answer in our store, you may want to perform a web search to research the product or locate the manufacturer's contact information.

    Please note that most card transactions will require 3D Secure. Please contact your bank to set this up if required.

    Making your payment online

    Follow these tips for making online payments:

    Make sure that you enter all your card details carefully.

    • Make sure that delivery address is the same as the billing address for the card you are using to pay.
    • Keep a note of your order reference number which appears once your transaction is complete.
    • Once your order is complete, we'll send you a confirmation email with the details – you should receive this within 24 hours of placing your order.
    • We recommend that you save your confirmation email for your own reference and records.

    Pricing and promotions

    Prices and promotions displayed on this website apply to items ordered via the website only and may not necessarily be available placing an order via email, fax or post.

    All promotions are available for the stated time period only and are subject to availability.

    Netinum Online Store makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitablilty for any purpose of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published in this site; or any of the products of whatever nature, details of which appear on this site.

    All such documents and related graphics are provided, and as such products (where ordered) are accepted by customers, "as is" and without warranty of any kind.

  • Viewing Orders

    To view your order status or history, click 'your account' in the upper right of most pages and then in the section at the top of the page, click 'view details' on an individual order. Or under 'Older orders', click 'View Order History' to view previous orders you have purchased.

  • Updating Account Information

    You can update your account information at any time by visiting the 'your account' section in the upper right of most pages of the website. Select "Personal Information" to update your password.  To update your billing address, please visit "Address Book" link on the left navigation.
